💻Agricultural Innovation Fair: A Step Forward for Agri-Food Innovation and Collaboration
On July 3rd, our Portuguese partner, INOVA+ had the opportunity to contribute for the transformative potential of technology in agri-food sector, showcasing how STARRISE can support unimaginable solutions and out-of-the-box ideas.
The STARRISE intervention was held as part of a broader context, where it was showcased the advancements made by pilot projects, namely the Meat and Cherry Pilots in Portugal. These pilots, representative of the evolving agri-food landscape, highlighted how technology and innovation play key roles in supporting the resilience of the sector.

Throughout the event, several challenges emerged, particularly around data fragmentation, consumer trust and upfront investments in technology. This was the perfect moment for STARRISE to excel in the matter and highlight available opportunities for collaboration in the topic of blockchain, Internet of Things and traceability in the STARRISE Journey.
