🌍 A Blueprint for Collaboration and Innovation: the Methodology Behind
The STARRISE Ecosystem-Building Workshops took a hands-on, four-stage approach to drive innovation across the agri-food and logistics sectors.
It started with an introduction to the project’s vision and its potential to transform regional ecosystems, which quickly moved into identifying the real challenges faced by industries – from the inside-out.
With the most pressing needs at their disposal, participants were challenge to collaboratively brainstorm ideas that could support the overcoming of the challenges faced in the industry.
These ideas were then grouped by common themes, setting the stage for powerful collaborations. The final stage? Participants formed « idea-partnerships, » turning individual visions into dynamic cross-border projects that promise to fuel innovation with the power of collective action, through interregional collaboration!

The outcomes of the workshops provided critical insights and offered impactful and far-reaching project ideas for the Agri-Food and Logistic sectors.
